Here is another one of my banging dollar meals! This rings in at under $4 per person.
Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet. Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, onions and bread crumbs. Form into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with rice, grits, or potatoes.
Canned salmon, flaked
Vegetable oil, for frying
