In the Kitchen with Dana: Pork Shoulder to Live For

This is one of my favorite dishes. A pork shoulder sandwich with coleslaw drizzled with a honey molasses bar b que sauce. I serve mine with kettle chips. It is a sandwich your family and guests will keep coming back for.

  • Rock Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Apple Cider or White Vinegar
  • Coleslaw Mix or Shredded Cabbage, Carrots
  • Honey, Sugar or Molasses
  • Bar B Que Sauce
