Meet Tanjee Johnson . The retail manager of the national chain who thinks it is acceptable to work in her yard clothes with her yard manners.

I rarely put bad customer service on blast but when it escalates to this level of unprofessionalism, it rises to the level of exposure.

Tanjee thinks she is above the Cracker Barrel dress code and the service she failed to render solidified her delusion. The goal of good customer service is to solve the customers problem, not exasterbate it.

Great customer service agents are able to take a customers frown and turn it into a glowing smile and review. Trust me when I tell you, Tanjee knows absolutely nothing about this.

We will go into more detail on this epic customer service fail in a follow up piece.

But for now, the manager in yard clothes ought to know better. If she doesn’t, she will.
