I began doing YOGA early last year to deal with shoulder pain and I am now pain free!

My yoga practice is a sweet journey of discovery and awareness.  I have also sharpened my inner ear listening skills. Yoga has allowed me to appreciate quiet the more and yield in its moments.

This is a practice that you can do anywhere. Once you learn simple techniques, you will be on your way. Most of us do not breath properly.

When is the last time you fully INHALED?

Try it now.

Fill up your lugs with air and hold the chest expansion.

Now, release.

Doesn’t that feel good?

Yoga has amazing benefits.

Most yoga studios offer free classes. Grab a friend and try one if your shy or go at it alone.
