Saturday’s for most of us are chill days and a day we break from cooking. We are normally running around trying to get done all the things we did not have a chance to do during the week and often find ourselves going through one too many drive thru lines.
I have a grazing style of eating that works well for my family. I often prepare food and place it on a platter for it to be consumed over longer period of times. This type of platter works really well and it is super healthy.
You just want to gather up all the fruits, veggies, crackers, cheeses, nut and berries you enjoy with dips and slice and serve (don’t forget the hummus). This is also great for an impromptu date night or girls night in.
