We are often saying “if only I had enough time to do that. If only I had more time, then I could do this.”

The truth of the matter is we are rich in time. I mean super filthy, Warren Buffet time rich! There are  86,400 seconds in a day. Yes, you read that correctly, 86,400 seconds and 1,440 minutes.

Plenty of time to do everything we need and want to do but in order to overcome our perceived time deficiencies, we have to account for the time we have (auspicious living just did that for you) and now you have to audit where your time is going.

The biggest time thief is the television and the second is social media. The average American watches over 6 hours of television and is wasting just as much time online. If most of us simply cut in half the time we spend if front of the box, we will free up the time we need to do what really matters.

Spend more time with our families, complete a degree, start a business, volunteer or simply rest our weary bodies. Examine your life and let us know how much time you are able to free up and what you intend to do with it.

Live is too short not to live every minute of it. Let’s get to it.

Time is ticking.
